LIFETIME CRAFTSMANSHIP WARRANTY

Every Noble Metal Outfitters ring is backed by our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty for the original purchaser. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur under normal wear. All warranty claims are subject to evaluation by our jewelers to determine the cause of the issue and appropriate remedy.

DIAMOND COVERAGE

Small accent diamonds originally supplied by Noble Metal Outfitters are covered for loss resulting from normal prong or setting wear. Coverage is subject to evaluation and does not apply when the ring requires a remake or when the loss results from damage, impact, misuse, neglect, or other abnormal wear.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

The warranty does not cover loss or theft of the ring, accidental damage, misuse or neglect, chipped or broken stones, normal cosmetic wear such as scratches or dents, or damage resulting from work performed by another jeweler. Work performed by another jeweler may void applicable warranty coverage.

PROTECTING YOUR RING

Your Noble Metal Outfitters warranty is not a substitute for jewelry insurance. We strongly recommend insuring your ring against risks not covered by our warranty, such as loss, theft, accidental damage, or other unexpected events. Coverage varies by insurer, so please review your policy to understand the protection provided.

SIZING

If your ring requires sizing, please contact us before having any work performed. Because every Noble Metal Outfitters design is different, the appropriate sizing solution will depend on the ring's design, width, metal, diamond configuration, and condition.

CARE

Fine jewelry naturally develops signs of wear over time. We recommend periodic professional inspection and cleaning to help maintain your ring and identify potential issues before they become more significant.

WARRANTY SERVICE

If you believe your ring requires warranty service, contact a Noble jeweler at 512-458-4367. We will evaluate the ring and determine whether the requested service is covered under the warranty before any work is performed.
